at S.A.M. we take our time to ensure that each instrument we sell has been through a professional inspection, clean up, and Setup!

This includes everything from:

• A complete head to toe Visual Inspection, Electronics Quality Inspection, and Craftsmanship Inspection 

• All Stringed Instruments (Guitars and Basses) are set up with a quality better than how they would have been when they left the factory.  This means that we ensure every fret is level, every fret tang is filed, file marks will not be visible on any fret ends.  Frets are polished to shine.  Instrument body will be polished and buffed.  Basically any guitar that comes into our shop is babied on A "micro" level.  Quality is crucial with our products! 

• All Instruments are shipped ready to play!  That means we ensure that the Action and Intonation are as cleanly set up as possible.  Most Customers have told us that their instrument even arrives still in tune!

• All Instruments will be professionally packed and shipped within Two Business days of your order!  We do not waste time getting you your Products!

As stated before the main goal is to make you happy as a musician/ customer.  That's normally a huge payment in itself for us; but, if we can make a little money in the process...
