With that said included with all instrument purchases are a FREE guitar cable, strap, and picks. We also offer discounts on cases upon purchase of a instrument. Yes! Your guitar will be professionally setup by our in house tech before being shipped out. Mack was a fomer "Neck Specialist" at Paul Reed Smith Guitars, so he has learned a few tricks that most major manufacturers do not pay attention to that will have your guitar looking and sounding better than it would have coming straight out of the factory. Imagine whichever guitar you buy from us is going to feel and play like a high end guitar! Some customers are even report the guitar coming straight out of the box in tune!

1. We ship 2-3 business days after purchase (but usually get our items out the same day or one day after purchase). 2. Shipping is through FedEX Home and Ground Shipping which typically takes 5 to 7 business days to arrive to destination. 3. We ship with professional packaging so your guitar will come in a guitar specific cardboard box wrapped snuggly with bubble wrap and boxing paper. Guitars are sent with moisture preventing packets to ensure that the inside of the box does not get wet. Box will also have multiple fragile stickers on it. We have not shipped a broken guitar yet and do not plan to do so ever! Your instrument will arrive in perfect shape!

Since most of the guitars we sell were used when purchased by us, we do not offer returns of instruments purchased through us unless they arrive broken or different than described and photographed. Our items are sold AS PICTURED and AS DESCRIBED meaning make sure it is absolutely what you want before buying it!
