Swamp Ape Music aims for customer satisfaction.  It's in our Mantra!  Regardless of our return policy (see below), we will still strive to try to ensure your happiness as a customer and musician!  

We do this by: 

  • Ensuring that we establish a great communication line with you to enable a great purchasing experience!

  • Ensuring that each Guitar or bass arrives in peak playing and aesthetic Condition! 

  • Communication throughout the entire shipping process to allow you to feel as though you are top priority... because you are! 

  • We ask that you report back to us to let us know how we did once your purchase arrives!  We love feedback, and use it to create a better functioning environment for you as the buyer! 

  • Answering any and all questions regarding the items you are interested in.  We strive to make sure to respond in a timely manner! 

 

The goal here is to make you happy, give a musician another instrument to further their abilities, put a smile on your face, and add to the Earths collection of fabulous musicians! 

Money is the secondary reward from doing this for us! 

help us to make a little money and we promise we will put an instrument in your hands that you will think is better quality than if you purchased at a mainstream store! 

 Shipping Policy 

Swamp Ape Music aims to get your purchase out to ship within 2-3 business days of your purchase, we typically are much faster then that however... we can typically ship the same exact day you purchase the item!  

We prefer using FEDEX Ground as our method of shipment, however we will also occasionally use UPS.  We do not use USPS as a shipping method. 

 Currently: 

 SWAMP APE MUSIC WILL ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL (48) UNITED STATES 

 Return Policy 

Swamp Ape Music sells all products

"AS PICTURED"

meaning they will be sold

exactly as photographed & described

in the description section.  This means we want you to make sure the item is EXACTLY what you want BEFORE purchasing! 

Unfortunately, since we are fledgling company,

we DO NOT offer returns

on our items unless they arrived damaged or are provably different than how it was described or pictured.  Please bare with us... this is a policy we hope to change as we continue to grow, but for now it is the best we can offer.
